“The sales person (Akram) was very helpful and charming. I got a TCL solar panel system and a Fox ESS 42kw battery installed at a very reasonable price. The installers were very good and explained various things to me. The reason I am giving a 4-star rating and not 5 stars is that I was sold one type of panel as specified in my purchase contract and received a totally different brand. This meant that panels could not be mounted on an area of roof which would have been more advantageous late afternoon. The TCL panels are larger than the panels i signed up for. But overall the system works somewhat as intended but could have been better with the other panels. Plus I was not made aware of the change until I actually questioned it. Then I received the usual sales persons talk.”
